I fried my harness on my CA77, can someone tell me what gauge of wire I should use to replace, 14, 12 or?

You should be good with 14. No real need to go heavier on general wiring.I would even consider going with a guage lighter. Might consider 12 on the main power feed to the fuse and rectifier.
