Pic of chain guard swingarm mount?

Post by burvis » Mon May 16, 2011 12:38 pm

The swingarm mount for the chain guard is missing from my '67 CB77. Anyone have their guard off that could post up a pic of what the mount looks like? I'm going to see about getting one welded on.

thanks!

Hi Burvis,

Here's a decent shot:

Same thing happened to me but I bought a used one instead of welding ... felt lazy that day.

The tabs are 20mm wide x 15mm high x 2mm thick with a 6x1.0 mm nut welded on to the left side of each tab's bolt hole. The nuts have an oval doubler welded to the tab as well. The holes (C/L) are 8.5mm up from the deck of the tab base. The tabs are spaced 40mm apart (inner to inner). I can't give the angled offset because my right side tab is gone.
