Im thinking the carb bowl doesnt have a good seal (which could be causing the issue) and or its the gas, it sat over the winter with stabalizer but it could be the issue... I will update you guys tonight if I get it fixed...

when I got my bike it was running without a filter. Running just fine. I didn't do any plug checks to see how lean it might have been running as I planned on taking care of the filter issue (which I have).

As noted, you problem likely lies elsewhere.

Wow this just gets weirder... So I have identified a strange issue... When I lean the bike to the left (side without the petcock) it dies. When I lean it to the right (side with the petcock) it accelerates!! The throttle still does nothing?!?! Thoughts???

Still sounds like a fuel issue. It's not getting enough gas.
