CA77 Head Sealing Washers?

It's not clear to me why some use the sealing washers and some don't? It appears to me that they would all have an equal chance of leaking?

Consider the make up of the engine and ya may understand. .....lm

sorry for all the questions LM but these three with the blue tape are the only ones that need a sealing washer correct?

On the bottom.
If ya look at the area and impact of what the one on the right seals ya will see why a thick aluminum washer is there.
The other 2 don't really matter as HONDA changed to steel washers in 1967. ..............lm

Now that I look at where ya have the tape the one on the right uses a normal steel washer and the Aluminum washer goes on the stud which comes through the OIL PASSAGE to the Clutch Cover. .......lm

Sorry, but i'm still not 100% clear on which ones need the sealing washer.
