Chrome tank covers

Post by NHRalph » Wed Feb 16, 2011 5:39 pm

I want to start painting my CA77. It's been in my barn for the past 20 years and recently decided to get it running. My problem is the fuel tank. I'd like to remove the chrome side covers if possible before painting. If it's possible, how are they removed?
Thanks
