This part kinda fell out early in the process of disassembly. Looks kind of like a grounding strap, but not like the one in my book. Does this look stock for my bike and how does it actually attach?

It is the battery ground strap....attaches to the motor mount bolt near the lower left side of the battery.

If you use the correct battery configuration, you won't have to butcher it up like I did!
