so i managed to get all the cables inplace today, realized that because i dont have the correct clutch lever, its not getting enough leverage to pull the clutch to free the gear... anyone have experience with this isn the past? Ive put both the bolt on the clutch cover and the bolt on the lever to the max length and it doesnt help.. How can I make the clutch contact point more shallow?

LM or Brewsky, I need help on this one!

Ya can adjust the rest of the assembly by loosening the bolt with the 10mm head and turning the large slotted part to the right then tightening the bolt. ...............lm

You mean the part that connects to the engine casing right? I losened the bolt and brought the long bolt all the way out so most of the threads were exposed, same problem...

If ya installed a new cable ya had to install the engine end into a part that is inside the side case.
That part is half of the cable slack adjuster.
Now go to the outside of the cover and ya will see what I described ya need to work with. ......lm

LM - I think i see what the problem here is...

So if i turn that grey circle to the right, there is a hole under it... I dont have a bolt in that hole... am I supposed to? Is that the bolt you are talking about that will keep it from returning to the left once ive turned it right?

Any suggestions on replacing that?

Also, I noticed there is a notch on the engine casing at the 3:00 mark, do I need to turn that big crewed bolt to the 3:00 position to be able to insert a bolt into the hole on the bottom?!
