Hey Chris, spec for rec:
  • 25Amp = max current capability; next step is probably 35Amp which will (slightly) attenuate more of the available voltage
    50V = Peak Inverse Voltage; our alternators hit circa 40VAC so this is within spec
Heat sink here; break out some of the vanes around the centre with long-nosed pliers, drill a ¼" hole, peel off the therm-tape and affix the heat sink to the rectifier. Bolt the two together using an M5 long machine screw then fix the assembly to the bike's bracket (one of the wings) and clamp in place with a pair of nuts, washers & spring washers.
