Hey Guys,

Im new on here... Thought I would show you my honda 305 dream from 1966.
I have since tore it apart and am doing a complete rebuild. Wondering if there are any other canadians out there working on these.

I will post pictures of my build and modifications I have made later today.

Cheers,
Sascha

Hey Jeffe,

I live downtown in Toronto, Canada. The bike has since been ripped apart to rebuild it custom! Yeah for sure I would be interested in wrenching together. Do you have any pictures of your bike? What are you working on?

Here are some more pics of my bike and the work I am doing to it currently... I have too many to post but you will get a sense from these:

New Gas cap and weld in bung:

Biltwell single seat front mount:

Do you do engine work? I have sent my parts for paint and nickel plating but am waiting to find someone that can help me with the motor... Its going to be reassembled without the motor (probably by next month) but its running like a bag of shit still... It needs a full review in my opinion.

Post pics of your bike!

Sascha

Hi Sasha. I'm still trying to get my 65 Dream on the road. I have an electrical fault I'm dealing with right now. As for engine work, I don't do much. Many folk on this forum send their engine to Ed Moore in Texas (a.k.a. Loud Mouse). It seems that the work he does is worth thte shipping cost. Other than that, I'm sure there are motorcycle mechanics and engine rebuilders in your area but are they reputable and do they know these engines? Good luck. Jeff H.

Is Ed Moore in Texas the guy who owns this site: http://www.cttrailbikes.com/contact.html

I called this guy today and am going to go with him... 2500 is steep but I love this thing more than money so its going 100%.

Wow! I don't think Ed owns that site. I don't recall hearing about it before. Since you are already willing to send it to Texas you should send Mr. Moore a pm and explore that option as well before committing to anything. Good luck with whatever you do. Jeff.
