Thanks for sharing the photos. great to see you're getting lots of fun miles in now.

Did the goop finally stop the leak?

Teazer, the bike only leaks when cold. If warmed up and run well, it won't leak a drop. But if it's a cold day and I only do a short ride (to the coffee shop), it'll leak pretty good.

Last weekend I rode from Sacramento to Tahoe. Rode around the lake, it was beautiful. Battery tied on the way up... low rpm's lugging up the steep hills with the headlight on. The high altitude took alot of wind out of the carburetion. But back down lower, she was back to normal. Raced a storm on my tail the way back. Just barely beat it.

And I'm on a trip from Sacramento to Seattle, riding up the coastal 101. Almost in Seattle now, three days and a thousand miles.

Here's a few photos from the ride. 2,500 miles along the west coast. Bike did great, really impressed with it's durability and all the adversity it got me through.
