And no reserve! I'm in California and will be watching. I doubt I'll be the only one. May get in trouble though. I'm already in hot water over the Dream I bought off Craigslist.

Sold for $580!!!

It would have been worth it to get in trouble for that price!!!! Bummed I missed it, I am thinking of a Superhawk to complement my CL77...

As tempting as it was, (the price was $150 until it was almost over) another bidder would have driven the price up higher. I'm still in warm (no longer hot) water over the $700 I spent for my dream. I figure it's probably safer to spend the money on parts. It was a good deal for someone!

OldStan,

Indeed - if my CL77 wasn't owned by my family for nearly all its life, there wouldn't be any budget to fix it.

I have always had a jones for a CB77 and I've seen nice riders for less than $2K. The boss just wouldn't go for it!! :)

Good luck with the Dream! I can't wait to get my Scrambler road worthy again.

I know what you mean. I first saw one in 1964 I was 13 and liked them ever since. Never seen a decent one for sale locally.

My bike restoring days are over (too much $$$) but wouldn't mind buying a nice rider.
