speedo

Post by chico » Sat Jun 26, 2010 1:56 pm

I've pulling my hair out trying to remember what I took out of the speedo drive, at the hub, when I changed broken cable. there does'nt seem to be a square hole in the drive for the square cable end to fit into and so the speedo don't work. What am I missing? Any help would be welcome. PLEASE!

Chico, the drive end has a tang, not a squared end. The square end goes in the speedo. Sounds like you may have gotten an incorrect cable.

Steve, the bottom connection has a 'keyhole' profile.
