ID this solo seat?ID this solo seat?I bought a 1967 superhawk July 2008, and the seller tossed in a solo seat, calling it an aftermarket. Only recently, I decided to research the seat a little, and found an expired ebay listing where a guy was talking about an 'original Honda red foam solo seat' and wanting big bucks for it. It looked just like mine. And when I was taking these photos I noticed that the foam is red. Can't really read the little paper sticker on there. Do I have some rare Honda seat? Or just an aftermarket thing? It's in good shape in either case...
Looks like a copy (or maybe original?) of the CYB seat offered back in the day for CB77/72's.
The "suede" patch doesn't look like the others that I have seen (only photos) but the shape is definately right..........some of the more knowedgable and experienced hands here will be able to be more definate.
