Dimmer switch

Post by Rick » Sat Oct 01, 2005 8:20 pm

I doubt I can find this at a parts supplier so I thought I'd ask the group. I need the plastic dimmer switch button that sits on the top of the actuall switch. Nothing more, just the little plastic part that slides back and forth for hi and low beam.

I still have one but it's broken in half. My hope is someone may still have one from a parts bike they would be willing to sell. I suspect most parts suppliers would want to sell the whole mechanism. Thanks,

Rick

Try using ABS plastic epoxy to repair yours. I've had very good success with that stuff, very strong and easy to work with. Got mine at the auto parts store I think. If you have time to kill while waiting why not give it a shot?
