Hey Kirk, the first is a l/h assy, so no good for our range of bikes. The second incorporates a mirror threading and, possibly (can't see from this angle), a lever perch. The size of the throttle cave looks wrong too.

I wouldn't waste my money there.

You CL guys wouldn't need the starter button, so you could either use the lower half of the assy from your existing throttle cave or you could, with a relay, wire in a headlamp flasher button.
Sorry, my balls-up above! You can't use the lower half from another; the CP winker switch is about 12mm wider. I was being a twat -- again.....
