Looking for good used CB77 seat w/no tears, no cracks in pan, chrome strip, and good Honda lettering. Anyone?

Thats a pretty tall order. Hope you have alot of cash. I won a bid on Evilbay for a messed up seat but the pan and foam was in good condition. Then I got a seat cover made for CB77 and recovered it. It turned out real nice and total cost $115.00. You might want to consider doing it that way.

What I would like to find is origianl hand grips

Thanks for the tip. Some eBay sellers from Singapore and Thailand have new seats listed for around $50 plus $85 shipping, so I could go that route for a grand total of $135. Anyone tried one of those Singapore/Thailand seats?

a little stiff I hear. good for a daily rider, but no bueno for long trips.

I had a seat pan in good condition, but my foam and cover were shit.
I went to a chiropractor, took a business card off his front desk. Went down to the intelli-gel store where they sell the $30k beds. Gave the sales guy the chiropractors card, told him My backdoctor sent me, I asked if i could get a couple samples of the intelli-gel to put on a few seats in my house. he handed over two 2ft. sq. of the stuff. I sent that, a strip of memory foam, and a few pictures of orginal cb77 seats to a local seat maker, and picked out a material for the cover. I think all in all it'll be about 80 bucks.

I'll let you know how it turns out, should be done in a week or two (waiting on cover material). I could have the most comfortable seat in town, I could also have the squishiest, unpleasant seat in town :p

Sounds pretty posh. Thanks for the skinny on the Asian seats.

my bike came with two seat, one was one from Singapore. It looks ok, really light and kind of cheesy. You know, like it's just a copy. and yes, it is very stiff. My old weird cafe seat from the era that also came with the bike is squishier and nicer. The vinyl on the new one is thin
