Coker tires

Post by casamere » Thu May 07, 2020 1:07 pm

Hi All, After fitting a pair of whitewall Coker tires to my 305 Dream when I first set off I get the feeling the wheel is loose and the tire is snaking. I know it's seated on the rim ok as it hits 65 mph with no issues.
What are other people's thoughts that have fitted these tires.

I'm not really qualified because I don't have them on my bike but how's your pressure? Maybe it's the best you can expect from a tire that looks like it was made for a Model T!

Both at the stated pressure on tire 32psi. But just didn't get that feeling with the other tires I had fitted. But probably down to the design.

The tread on those tires is known to grab any texture on the road and try to follow it. I have them on my Dream, and have had a similar experience. Be extra careful on grooved pavement.
