No, but to me that means it keeps going up to be inclusive of the numbers within that range. I could be wrong; probably am. I was just trying to help him identify his bike-year. That's why I was asking for other opinions.

Compare the total number of bikes issued where the ending number is shown with others shown on that sheet.
Now sometime in 1964 the sheet shows HONDA at some time in 1964 started to issue that bike with 1 being the first.
He has 1028XXX so compare that number to assume what may be the year his bike was issued.
You can bet it wasn't 1964. ...............lm

You have the data I have and without having the bike here so I can look at the harness I'll let you look at it and compare the total issued each previous year to offer that answer. ...........lm
