While looking for better condition ones, none look like these. They work, fit good and all 4 the same. The ones on eBay etc have "humps."

Answered my own question!! They fit but CLASH...I wonder how long this thing has been this way?????

Honda used 4 designs of these.
That is from adjusting the tappet when the engine is 180 degrees off. ............lm
