The clearance is certainly affected by what you use for an exhaust system aft of the header pipes. You may want to weld on some doublers (1/8" steel material, properly bent) to reinforce the bottom of the kickstand pads where they contact the ground. Lots longer life than provided by the stock material, and the additional height that's provided will help rear tire-to-ground clearance with whatever rear shock length and tire sizes you go with. I'll probably use the MotionPro 5mm vacuum fittings, just a tad larger tap diameter than your 10-32. Thanks, Chase
I'm going w/stock tire sizes, probably Heidenau - Scrambler Cycle sells these. I don't know what mufflers I will use, so I welded a center stand stop onto the frame, adjustable, while I was repairing the center stand mounting hole locations - they were considerably elongated - made some bronze bushings and installed grease zerts while I was at it.
