resto question polishing

The CB/CL72/77 points covers were polished. (TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2)
The C/CA77/78 were not polished. (TYPE 2)
All valve capes were natural cast surface. .....lm

thanks, i was wondering what the "correct" way was, not that I'll going that route.
