Maybe it's the oldest in the US, but I had a early 250 Dream (dry sump model) that I bought new in Japan beginning of 1959. Converted it to 305 as soon as the 305s came out by a bore/piston change. PLENTY of torque on that one for sure.

Not in America - In Australia...... Although to be fair, my bike is an American import.....

A 250 dry sump would have been a CE71 or C71, though..... Not a CA72......

I'm not even sure what year Hondas started coming into Australia, but I have seen a number of sources that say Australia was the first ever export market for Honda...... Certainly, C71's turn up here occasionally (a restorer down here has 2 at the monet)........ Didn't the C71 cease manufacture around '61?
