But still my question; could this missing of parts cause a ticking noise?

Looking at it from a logical viewpoint, if the pin is missing and the filter shaft is rotating as a result, then some additional mechanical noise is inevitable.

So, are you saying that yours doesn't have a pin?

Well yes it WAS missing the pin.

It`s allright now.

Ticking noise unfortunately still exists but I`ve found out my crankshaft was worn...

Did you check kickstarter? My cb77 made a ticking noise like you describe until I got shafts, spring, etc. all aligned right.
