Spark Plugs TIGHT!

I picked up a complete 71 CB 350 for spare parts for my son's daily driver '71 350(thanks again for the help on THAT one) This "parts bike" I'm thinking about getting running BUT when I began loosening the spark plugs they both feel REALLY tight and I've stopped turning at about one quarter turn I'm hoping not to damage the heads. Anybody have any tips on MMoil or something I can do to remove with no or minimal damage? (yes I'm loosening not tightening them) Thanks

i'd be tempted to use a little penetrating oil on them , such as P B Blaster. then work them back and forth slowly and see if you can go a bit farther each time. keep spraying and let them soak , try again
before i did anything , i would first find out what the plugs are actually threaded into....aluminum or a steel insert. maybe someone here will know? i assume that a steel insert would hold up better to any force , and that if it's aluminum it may just strip out....better find out! and let us know how you make out

Thanks 305. My assumption is all aluminum and be cautious. Hope to get a few more ideas before I put any more force to them. I've used your technique on rusted steel nuts and bolts successfully but will weigh any other tips before I proceed. I'll let folks know the outcome when I finally extract the boogers.
