i'm driving 500 miles (one way) to pick it up and bring it home this weekend. it'll be my first restoration project, but it'll be the same type of bike that was my 1st bike, so... very cool. what i like about this particular bike is it's been in the same family since '71 and the owner bought it when he was in high school... just as i was when i bought mine 2 years earlier.

so, i bought a 66 cl77 today
well, darn...well, it turns out i wasn't able to drive to get the bike.
the day after i posted, i had a dr's. appt that resulted in meds that put me @ risk for sitting / driving long periods of time, so i had to contact the seller to let her know i wouldn't be driving down. sigh.
