I have a 66 CA77, and I am getting ready to refurbish it. I was wanting to get an idea on how everyone keeps the parts in order for reassembly. I thought of sandwich bags with labels. Any suggestion would be great?

That's exactly what I've been doing- LOTS of detailed photographs as I disassemble and all parts go into sandwich bags and the sandwich bags get labeled with sharpie. So far no lost pieces and minimal head scratching. There might be a better system, but I can't think of it.
Good luck with your project!

Take a lot of pictures of each section as you dis-assemble in case you forget how something fits back together.

That's what I'm using... zip lock bags. Walmart has them in just about any size you need. As for reassembly, another great help is the genuine Honda Factory Parts List for the CA77 published October 1968. It's full of exploded diagrams and will also help when you're looking for correct part numbers on NOS parts. I found my Parts List off of an Ebay auction for around $20...
