1964 Honda Dream CA78 Rebuild-storationThanks, all. Yes the "customer" is very pleased! ;-) (Right hon?) We're taking the bikes out again today.
G and 48 -- The thermal cycling and hot oil maybe working in conjunction to seal that interface on their own. I haven't yet touched the head nuts. I think today, I'll add a little oil, monitor the seepage while we ride, and once it cools, I'll lower the front of the motor, and simply re-torque to 16-17 lb-ft. Then we'll go from there. I'm not so sad about the leak anymore. This forum is great therapy--much cheaper than a professional analyst! Ha! It's a beautiful day here in Long Beach, not a cloud in the sky and 64F at 9:30 am... Much fraternal love to you all! Mine: '74 CB750 K4 -- Hers: '64 CA78
