John
I have something here. I'll look it out.

Onwards and upwards, as they say, I've only the forks to paint now, most of the rest is pretty much sorted, after the forks I'll keep looking for the odd bits of motor I still need and in the meantime the brakes will be next in line for major attention. Here's the frame painted, not absolutely finished as there are a couple of small areas that need flatting and re-doing:

Excellent work. I see that you have a bench there so that you can sit and admire your handiwork! :-)
What other bits are you looking for?

Hi Graham,
The items I am aware of are:
Neutral switch
Drive sprocket cover, inner.
Steel clutch plates.
Starter clutch.
Alternator cover, the round one.
Thanks.

Now then, absolutely nothing to do, directly, with this restoration, more of a random thought.
Donald Trump is visiting shortly in an official capacity and has often spoken about a trade deal with the UK once we have exited Europe.
If such a deal comes about, I would assume that parts from the US would be much more affordable, customs duty pretty much kills the deal at the moment so I would hope that in the wake of a trade deal, things might well get much better, thoughts anyone?
