Here is the nuts and bolts laid out. The 2 top side nuts are off on the top left of the towel. The second photo shows the bottom case half for approximate orientation.

I hit the 2 studs in the top/middle case with the nuts Topped Off as it is force in the middle and never has a chance to damage the Case Surfaces. ........lm

tom, lookin good. how you described it is exactly how i like to go about it. what lm said is interesting, i will most definitely have to try it. will you be posting the X gear process in this thread ?

Just dropped off all my parts that need to be zinc plated. Should have them back in a couple weeks. The front and rear brake arms and rods are now at the chrome platers. 1-2 weeks before they are back.
