1961 CB72 Project
I was hoping to get some progress made on the project this week but got sidetracked by a new larger garden plot and this lovely old project - a 1968 Wheel Horse Commando garden tractor.
I'll get back to Hondas later this week.... G '60 C77 '60 C72 '62 C72 Dream '63 CL72

I had a few minutes in the workshop this week to check pout what the next job was on the engine.
I have stripped down the right hand cover and cleaned up all of the kickstart parts. Surprisingly, there is no damage to the cover or the kickstart bush, but I will make a new bush to give it a better chance of survival in the future. The cylinder head still needs a bit of work. The joint face has been a bit beaten up over the years and one chamber has some corrosion damage. Also it has had some new valve seats pressed in and I need to re-cut the seats and blend them in to the ports a little. I have some reamers to clean up the rocker shaft bores. These often get burred if the shafts have been punched out. Hoping for a bit of workshop time this weekend in between my garden resoration duties.... :-) G '60 C77 '60 C72 '62 C72 Dream '63 CL72

A 305CC thumper? It qualifies!
Things look to be moving along, Graham! On my home front, I haven't touched the Old Girl. Life has been so demanding as of late! She sits in my garage under a cover, safe and sound. I ran her up just yesterday, and she pleasantly "tump-tump-tumps" merrily away! 1965 CB77 305 Super Hawk
