Thanks Brewsky! I didn't realize there was a connection under the black cover. Is there a proper way to disconnect these connectors? Everytime I unplug one, I get nervous that the wire will pull free of the connector.

Yes the wires can pull out of some of those stubborn connectors. I sometimes gently heat the plastic covering over the connector to make it pliable again and use a small needle nose pliers to grasp the actual connector rather than pull on the wire.

Progress...?

Well the last bolt holding the engine was a major bugger;

The nut was off and the bolt would spin but wouldn't come out. While turning it with my socket wrench, it would loosen and then feel like it was threading tight... It felt like it was stripping but there aren't any threads in the case to strip. I kept raising and lowering the motor and frame to make sure there wasn't any weight on the bolt. Persistence pays off.

Motor out!!!

The fuel lines were missing from my bike. Where do the lines run to from the images below;

Thanks for looking and as always any advice/help is much appreciated.

The two little tubes are breather tubes that run lines to the air filter. The larger one on top is a vent tube that connects to a rubber drain hose that rides in the clip on the left side of the cam chain tensioner.
