I use the Aluminum Core plate and as long as the neoprene/cork doesn't show wear I blast them with Medium Round glass beads to clean the Black surface.
I won't use any of the Red ones or the ones with the Thin Contact Area. .............lm

Is there any possibilty to know how much wear they may have?

Ok, thank you. I orderded 5 discs with aluminium core(partnr 22201-MK2-000). The cork shows wear so this will be the best solution. The other plates are very flat so I will reuse them.

Those will have the narrow contact area and may require 6 to fit where the 020 type fit with the correct 5.
I doubt the wires fit with the plates ya ordered. ......lm

Yesterday I opened the transmission. The upper cranckcase didn't come off easy.

I cleaned the inside this morning. There was a layer thick black oil with small hard parts (maybe from the broken primary chain) at the botom of the engine.
