Just a quick update. I have been putting the bike back together. I have been traveling with my new job though.
I sent my rims to a local guy to true up and mount the white walls. When I picked them up, I noticed that with every turn of the wrench, he took a piece of powder coat off. I came unglued.....
I have taken them back apart and started sand blasting them clean. Wow, this powder coat is hard to get off. I will try paint stripper in the morning.
Question: Does anyone have a winker set on their bike? Can you post a pick of the controls? I want to put turn signals on my bike, but can't find controls.
I will start posting a couple of pics shortly. I am having the frame repainted to a Hot Rod Flatz black.
