Davo, thanks for the reply. Only the motor to drop out, forks, and headlight bucket before all the cleaning starts.

Today i got the rest of the bike tore down. Motor is out and took the valve cover off and took a look at the cam wear, cam chain, and cam advance weights. All looked good, it did run with a loose cam chain from the PO, that it has wear grooves in the head. One of the first things i did when i got it was adjust the chain tension, good thing too. The steering head was bone dry, but the races looked good, not pitting in it. Now the dirty part of cleaning. Found some older pics of some of past bikes i've had, my dad still has the CT90. The VW bus is the other toy.

Got some stuff done today. Welded new tabs for the rear fender mount and started the polishing process.

Got the frame, swing arm, and center stand droped off at the powdercoater.
Did a little sanding, some bondo, and paint. Slow but sure.
