I Got it together, doesn't look too bad if you don't look too close.

Not to my knowledge, it's what was on the bike when I got it and it looked as if everything was original. what is the difference between the two? Figured I'd include a better picture for reference.

Thanks for the pic.
I can see much better that it is a 305. Thanks. ..........lm
Got it running, had a sticking throttle cable, got that sorted out. One fork seal leaking, not too surprised, I knew I might have damaged it on installation, have a new one coming. I need to tweek the tree slightly. not in perfect alignment, but that shouldn't be a big deal.
The issues I'm most concerned about are ones I notice before the crash. The clutch is still slipping. It will engage fully, but then if I hit the throttle at the right torque point it will slip. I wonder it they changed the formulation on the oil I'm using? Never had this issue before in about 4000 miles with same oil. I use the same oil in my CA77 with no issue. Maybe heavier clutch springs would do the trick, although I like the clutch pull I have now. I'm currently using the ones recommended by lm. The other issue is front end hop. I didn't have a problem with it until I repaired a flat on the front. I checked the true on the front rim best I can with tire on, about .065" variation from center. The front tire is trials tread and does have inconsistent wear on the knobs. Some areas are flat and some are tapered front to rear. I could have turned the tire around and/or turned it's relative position on the rim when I had it off, not sure. I'm thinking at this point I'll remove the tire, try to recenter the rim and go with a new road tread tire. 63 CA78
Didn't realize how long since I'd been off the forum. Put 500 or so miles on the bike the last couple of months with no issues. The clutch had always slipped if I really got on it hard when shifting, doesn't now. Changed to 10W40 Valvoline MC oill, was using 20W50 synthetic MC oil. I also made 2 spacers for the springs about 2mm thick, putting them on opposite springs. I had them on all 4 but that made the clutch pull too hard. With two I barely notice the difference in pull. The tire hop is gone so all is good.
Even got myself fixed, had wrist surgery in January and it's slowly returning to something close to normal. 63 CA78
