Piston kits arrived today. Here's pic of Wiseco piston next to a stock Honda piston A thing of beauty. Off to the machine shop for a bore and valve gring on Friday.

OK, sorry about the delay in updating. Cylinder and head have come back for the machine shop, and are beautiful. Lower end completley assembled with new kicker pawl, spring and pin. All new
seals have been installed as well. Wiseco pistons have been installed, and cylinder slid down onto a new base gasket, also new cam chain and lower roller. We are waiting on valve springs and a few other odds and ends to complete assembly More pictures will be coming!

Wow. Is bead blasting the secret? I'm wondering how to get my cases and cylinder properly clean.
