This may be heresy to ask but...... I wonder what that thing would do with a small block Chevy under the hood? :)

Nice car!

Interesting thought, but it would never fit. It's hard to comprehend just how small these cars are from looking at pictures. With the tailgate down, this car would fit into the bed of a full-size chevy pickup truck.

Here's a couple pictures showing just that:

No need for a trailer, so long as you've got a truck with these cars, lol.

that is a small car , almost king midget size

thanks for the info on the Honda car...i remember now that it was a 2 cylinder with front wheel drive .it had some crazy shifter that went up under the dash

I've seen a Triumph Spitfire with a 327.

I had this for a while. Very neat looking car, very tempermental running (in no way like a Honda MC) and very quirky. They come up for sale here in the states more than one would think... I sold this car to a guy who intended it to be turned into a Yoshi replica race car. These cars have a crackling great exhaust note!

Actual Photo is from the 2005 Alpine 500. Go to www.alpine500.com to see more pics of it in action.

found two more good ones. Engine has 4 single throttle body Keihan carbs.

The last picture helps scale the car.

prima5star, that's a nice S800 Coupe, from the looks of it, it appears to have originally been a european market car, judging from the long fuse box.

I'd like to add a S800 to my line up one of these days.
