65 CL 77 Kick Starter Joint

In desperate need of a kicker starter joint for a Cl 77 with the small hubs. Please let me know if can help.

The kick starter joint on my 65 CL77 has cracked. It's the coupling joint and not the kick start arm. I had the local welding shop TIG the crack, but the splines are still slipping around the shaft - thus unable to kick it. Any thoughts on a replacement or conversion ? Thanks in advance ! Also tried ebay and parts forum on this site to no avail.

Part no is 28241-259-000
