I am in need of 3 JIS screws for my dynamo cover. Does anyone have a few extra laying around they would be willing to sell me? I live in the Cincinnati area.

I was in the same position a few weeks back but the screws I removed were .08 pitch.
I sourced these with members help and they fitted perfect.
I wanted the larger head and these were exact.
If I was you I would re tap to .08 then you can fit a standard m5 rather than be hunting for a JIS that you will struggle to find.
But if you want to be absolutely exact good luck.
