Is anyone going to the Mid-Ohio AMA Vintage Motorcycle Weekend next week, I will be there for the full weekend if anyone would like to meet up and give me some advice.

Hi Malcolm

Won't be there but went some years ago and had a great time - if you haven't arranged it try to take in the Flat Track racing at Ashland.
We went and found the guys in the paddock really friendly and helpful but unfortunately rain stopped play as the expression goes. Saw ex Dick Mann Goldie and a CB450 Flat Tracker built by Team Hansen - just amazing for anyone who has seen On Any Sunday.

Are you going to Ohio Cycle while there, not to mention AMA Museum ?
Also a nice repro dealer chart on US Ebay you could get sent to where you are staying - search ebay.com/motors for " Honda CB77 brochure " and you'll find it at $19.99 with free postage in States ( sorry not sure how to put link in ). If he's still got them in October I'll get one when I go to the Barber Festival.

Hi Phil sorry didn't reply earlier, I am currently travelling overland, I called in to see Tim McDowell at Classic Honda Restorations in Baltimore today, spent a bit of money.
I have spoken to Nick at Ohio Cycle, I have met him before at his shop, he hopefully has some parts for me.
Yes Ashland Flat Track night sounds good I am hoping to go see it, not sure what night it is on yet.
Will not get to the AMA Museum.
I went to Barber last year and have the option to go again this year, still undecided.

I will be there from Friday til sunday. I will be working the trials portion on Sunday , but until then, I will be out an about. I am going to park in the motocross pits most likely. I plan on taking my newly acquired 76 cb360t and see if I can sell it there.
