Hi,
I just tracked down a CB92 benly project. An awesome project, the things in decent shape and is only missing a few parts. Anyways, what I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much these little bikes are worth these days? The owner wants what I think is a large amount of money for the bike, has anyone seen a restored one sold recently? Any estimated values would be appreciated I'm just trying to form an educated offer.
Thanks.
Gabe

I've got 2 CB92's and a few CB72 / 77's which I've had for 20 - 30 years. The prices of CB92's vary, but none are "cheap". It sounds like the bike you've found should be the best value - beware a lot of parts are unobtainable, don't even come up on ebay. Have you tried Ray Davies website ? http://www.cb92.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/serv03.htm
best of luck David

An unrestored - but complete, running & in excellent condition - CB92 sold in Adelaide, Australia about 6 months back, for around A$15,000...... It looked damn nice & I thought it was a fair price...... Apparently a 2 owner bike & I'd believe it.....
