wtb c76 partswtb c76 partsI just bought a 1960 c76,I'm looking for some parts, someone have used parts for sale?
Welcome. Some suggestions: Post some photos if you can. A picture will speak volumes about what you have and what you need. Use the search engine, there are many, many posts that cover almost every topic. Put your location in your avatar. There may be somebody nearby that could share your interest in vjmc's and you will simply have more responses if people can relate you to a geographic location. I have a C77. I wonder how much difference there is. Post your engine serial number and your frame number (you'll find that below your battery box and slightly to the left as you are looking at the bike.) I look forward to seeing your bike. :-)

Hi,
You have a very rare bike, a C76, these bikes don't come up that much. Welcome to the everything is just a little different show, because that is what it is. First type dreams : C70 / C75 Second type dreams : C71 / C76 Third and last type dreams : C72 / C77 The C77 has a wet sump engine, the C76 has a dry sump engine. The C76 has ignition timing via the crank, the C77 has ignition timing via the camshaft. Is it a Japanese or non japanese version ? (shifting is different) The list of differences goes on and on. For the mufflers and pipes the same story, these seems to be the same, but are not. Some bodyparts of a C77 will fit, some not. Take a look at www.cmsnl.com for parts lists of a C76 versus a C77, and you will see what I mean, Good luck with your rebuild. Maybe you can contact Jelle, a Dutch specialist on early Honda dreams, he is a member of this forum, Jensen btw, I'm interested in your winkers, can you make and post a detailed picture of them ? assembly of Japanese motorcycles requires great peace of mind (Pirsig)
Hi,
Seems that you're not interested in my writing and the time it took to write it down, therefore I will not walk to my atic, unpack my C77, CB77 and C71 mufflers and take pictures, to much work I have to do for someone who's not responding to my reply in any way, good luck, Jensen assembly of Japanese motorcycles requires great peace of mind (Pirsig)
