Identify CR72/CR93 photo?

Can anyone supply information on this photo? When and where was it taken? Who owns the CR72 in the foreground and the CR93 in the background? A friend in the UK who owns a CR72 sent it, but he does not know its origin. Thanks, Randall

The clutch is correct for a series I CR72. Both series I and II carry 1963 serial numbers.
