I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for installing new new rubbers on the kickstarter and gear shifter without splitting or tearing the rubber.

SOAK RUBBERS IN HOT WATER THEN APPLY PLENTY WINDEX .... SHOVE ON WHILE STILL WARM
