A CB77 lock cover would take a M3 x 8mm cross screw, with a split lock washer. Not sure if a 1967 bike would have the early ISO (5.5) threads for that part. If it does, re-tap the hole to JIS (6) threads, as this isn't a real load-bearing situation, and use a JIS screw. (I promise that I won't tell the Concours judges.) Regards, Chase
