Probably yes, I saw enough CB's with dream engines. The only thing I can think of is the two carbs versus one. You could also maintain the dream engine, put a bigger carb on it (CB77 carburetor), flow in inlet channels a bit, it works. You will extend the low end torque of the dream engine, and if you really want some fire in there, put some CB cams in there (but you have to do some grinding to change from 180 to 360 degree crank type).
