Did you ever get the bolts? Curious as to if they worked out for you.

yep , I got them. Havent put them on yet as I am planning to clean up the side cases first. Lots of stuff to do before riding season, ordered new blackwalls from coker, plan to disassemble the wheels and have the rims powdercoated (RED) , will touch up the paint while wheels are off (satin black). media blast the side cases , haven't decided on powdercoating them or some dull silver paint. What do ya think? But the allen heads LOOK great , should really pop !

Just ordered a set. Should make getting the bolts on and off easier.

I'm interested in a set, I tried the eBay seller but it's been a couple of years anyone else have a source.

Allen head bolts

This is just a word of warning from someone who spent many years working with aluminum and stainless steel.
Stainless steel had a real tendency to adhere itself to aluminum, especially when installed clean and dry. Over time, especially after being heated and cooled, I have seen stainless bolts break off before they will unscrew. Some types of copper based or teflon based anti-seize will help if you want to use it, but I wouldn't guarentee that for any long term use -- for 5 years or more.
Bike manufacturers use zinc or chromed bolts for a reason (not because they are cheap).
