300 or 305 Dream?????300 or 305 Dream?????I am new here and I see everyone referring to the to the 305cc Dreams as 305 Dreams, but should it not be 300 Dream? I seen one at a car show today and it had 300 on the tank badge and the owner said he had bought this bike new and it was the original badge. So are they supposed to be called 305 Dreams or 300 Dreams?
It's just one of those things. The standard engine measures nearer 305 and that's what people have called them for years. Unfortunately the same explanation does not work with the 247 Dream........ :-)
