Fair price for a cl72 project?

Well like anything its worth what someone will pay. It looks ok but some hard to find and expensive things are either missing or modified. (fenders air cleaners etc). But what I would be the most concerned about is the lack of title. In Wisconsin it is almost an act of congress to legally obtain a title for a bike that has been lost. I know I tried. So I would make sure about that before I purchased it or even made an offer. I have seen more complete with a title go for $2500.00

I have re-titled 3 old Hondas in Wisc, 2 CL77's and 1 CB77 It is not that
hard to do.
