Swapping Wheels for improved Braking
Hey Scrambler owners: I have a '66 CL77 with the small brake wheels. Even wit new shoes, front or rear braking is very poor. Apparently Honda recognized this sometime in the mid 60's and engineered the larger 8" brake hubs. Has anyone any experience to share with swapping the smaller wheels for the larger? Are the brake arms and cables interchangable? <br /><br />Also, where would I go to get a set of stock rear shocks for my bike? Appreciate any responses. Regards, Keith
